This page explains what Mock Interview Training collects, why it is used, and how to contact us.
We collect the information needed to operate the app, including account details, interview activity, support messages, subscription status, and profile settings. If you use voice features, audio may be processed only to create a transcript or generate interview feedback.
We use your information to provide mock interviews, save review history, manage free and paid plan limits, improve app reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Interview questions, answers, and related context may be sent to AI service providers to generate questions, feedback, ideal answers, and summaries. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information during practice sessions.
App data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers such as Supabase. Profile images, interview records, support tickets, and plan status may be stored so your experience can sync across devices.
You can contact support to request help with your account, data, or subscription. You can also avoid creating an account by using guest mode, although guest data may be limited to the device.
